Our management team has always inspected the plant care provided by our Plant Technicians. The inspections help us keep your plants looking great. They also bring focus to the ongoing training and coaching we provide for our staff.
Our Client Care Program formalizes the field inspection process. Every client is visited at least four times a year by one of our Account Supervisors. We look at your plants and containers—carefully. We replace plants when their appearance no longer meets our exacting standards, per your Maintenance Agreement. We leave a signed inspection form to let you know we’ve been onsite.
